We had several agents view our home when we were ready to sell. Jarod was the only person who didnt tell us unrealistic prices and kept it all real. He helped with a few ideas to improve our property that wouldn't break the bank and they did help sell the home. The listing went live on a friday and we had over 20 views the next day at the open home and was sold by the following Friday. Jarod took the reigns of our sale but explained every step so we knew what was happening daily.
