Matt certainly knew the local area and how best to take advantage of what my house had to offer. If he didn’t know something - he found out. Matt kept his promises re keeping in regular contact and was always happy to take my calls. I liked the way he made me feel he was totally focused on my needs - even though he obviously had other clients. He went beyond my expectations in solving any small problems that cropped up and in helping me find contractors to perform tasks. I really appreciated that.
