I was introduced to Image Property after acquiring an investment property in Brisbane. From the start they were very helpful and organised - they have good online documentation and explanations. The property manager was experienced, very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with. They have a good vetting and application process for finding tenants….my property was a new build with a couple of teething problems but Image Property were on to any issues straight away. Tenants have an easy way of contacting them and logging any queries or issues. So far in my dealings with Image Property, there’s always been someone available to get things done - their portal has all the details to track payments and view updates on any issues. I’m very happy to recommend them. I also appreciate that they have photos of all the staff on the website - even though you may not meet them all, you know who you’re dealing with, which is important.
