•I had loss of rent for about 3 weeks while the renting campaign has started a month ago. Since company had been changing managing agents frequently, it created lack of understanding of owner needs between the agent. It could have been rented earlier but there was lack of communication between agent and the owner. Agent would not pick up calls during this time and it was hard to explain things in email when I wanted to have thorough communication. I wasn’t expecting such a delay to get the right tenant. Upon rejecting few applications, agent then tried to understand what results are we looking for? This could have been avoided by having an understanding before starting the renting campaign.
