Shaun had some buyers ready to show and was able to get an offer to me within a few days. The price was a little below my expectations but he explained that this was due to fluctuating markets, and buyer's capacity and it was better to accept a quick offer than wait for one that may not come, and save costs on loan etc while waiting.
