Super Agent!
Our experience with Shaun Iqbal has been simply outstanding. My wife and I were looking to sell our investment home in Canberra after having numerous issues with the tenants. Shaun worked with us on a very personal basis and helped us understand what was required to sell our property. He listened closely to our needs, developed a plan with his team specific to our house, and then implemented the plan. It required that we invest in certain improvements and that we follow the recommendations of his team but it was all worth it. Shaun is extremely professional, likeable, detailed oriented and above all, a wonderful person. He staged our property to sell using a dynamic team consisting of not just him but a professional stager and photographer as well. We had no idea how much actually went into selling a house and were very glad to have a professional like him in our network with all the resources that he brought with him. In any event, true to his word, our property was sold within four weeks at the price we were seeking. Shaun is very hard-working, responsive, and really looks out for the best interest of his clients. He is not only knowledgeable but always available for his clients. He has excellent local area knowledge and is well-networked within the community. His sales results speak for himself and we highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in ACT!

Steer clear
The gas heater was left on for a week between open days which cost $530. You allowed people on the roof without my permission which delayed the process. I did not want an auction but had to pay for one that did not happen Stephen

Great Service.
Shaun recently sold our investment property. He has an excellent knowledge of the housing market, is friendly, polite and highly professional. Shaun always kept us well informed of the interest and offers on our property. We ended up with a buying price within the range we were going for, and despite the sale taking a bit longer than we all would have liked, Shaun stuck with the property and kept working at it until he found the right buyer for us. Very Warm and Knowledgeable
Shaun is a great communicator that will not keep you wondering in the dark. He was more than happy to assist us with questions and even letting us do 2nd and 3rd inspections. We felt we could make such a big decision knowing full well this agent could help us with anything.

Great Agent
Shaun helped us sell our Apartment. He came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction we had with his after that was the same. He proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the photographs, gave us good and thoughtfully critical advice on preparation of selling our property. The sale went very well– he brought in 3 offers in 3 weeks of advertisement, all way above asking price, although there was over supply of Apartments in Harrison. He even negotiated rent back for us. We can’t wait to work with him again.
