I consulted multiple agents when I started to think about selling my house. One thing that came as a surprise was that selling a house was no less daunting process than buying one. I decided to go with Shaun because of his experience and because he suggested a very simple and logical process. Other agents suggested a lot of things that a I needed to do to make the property presentable or sellable and to be honest most of it sounded like an expensive overdo. On top of that those suggested processes were much lengthier and sounded needlessly intricate. Not only did Shaun took this stress away from us, he achieved an excellent selling price for the property too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell his house using a no-nonsense approach.

Mandeep had done his homework before he arrived at my house. He knew everything about the house including the block size and current market for homes this size in my suburb. He gave a fair appraisal and was able to show me comparable homes he had recently sold. He gave sound advice to achieve maximum sale price and kept me informed of the outcome of each open house. Mandeep made the sale of my house very smooth and with minimum stress. I can’t recommend him enough to any prospective seller or buyer.
