Outstanding Service

We retained Shaun Iqbal initially to sell a property in Franklin. His level of professionalism, eye for detail, courteousness, patience and reliability is second to none. Once the Franklin property was successfully sold we decided to retain Shaun again to sell a further property in Casey. Unfortunately that property hit the market just as the 10 consecutive rate rises began. Despite a difficult market and buyers who were clearly spooked by the increases, Shaun's level of professionalism and reliability did not waiver. I should also add that for the entire period the Casey property was on the market we were not in Canberra, so Shaun looked after the property, ensuring it was kept clean and the garden manicured. Due to Shaun's persistence I am happy to report a successful sale, again! I cannot recommend Shaun more highly. I have never before come across an agent who performed anywhere close to the standard Shaun consistently provided to us, and enabled us to comfortably put our trust in him despite not being in Canberra. Shaun is not a 10 out of 10, he is a 20 out of 10! We would 100% retain Shaun in the future.
