Easiest Sale Ever

Hi all , we were considering selling and had a chat with James and the team. We were not staying at the property much and thought it may be time to sell. We did an off market sale. The team had the property sold within a couple of weeks and at the price we had asked for. Because the sale was off market, we had no expensive advertising and the fees payable to Impact were very fair.
