Experienced Real Estate with good local knowledge
Karen was recommended to us by a friend and we were not disappointed. We interviewed a number of other agents but Karen was by far the most personable and was confident in her approach and ability to achieve the ultimate selling price. She is very hands-on and has an honest and direct manner. Karen was easy to work with and very accommodating during the tedious sale process. She is tenacious and can be blunt, but she is also very empathetic to seller and buyer needs. We have dealt with many real estate agents over the last 40+ years and Karen is an enigma in her profession - honest and a strong desire to achieve a sale but not at the expense of the seller. We would be very happy to recommend Karen to any future vendor seeking a dedicated and competent real estate agent who actually works for you.

Highly Professional and Effective
Karen and David are highly professional and have deep knowledge of our area and the market. They prepared a very successful sales strategy for our specific property that delivered excellent results. In advance of the sale period we received detailed advice on preparation and presentation while also listening to our feedback and accommodating our needs. High quality photography presented our property very effectively online. Open homes and inspections were managed with care and attention to detail by Karen, as were the various inspections during the cooling off. We were very pleased with the service Karen and Dave Allmark of Inconjunction Real Estate have given us with the sale of our property. We had bought our property from Karen in 2009 and liked her style from the perspective of a buyer. Karen presents her properties with lots of good quality photographs showing all aspects of the property. When we started to think about selling, Karen spent time with us discussing in detail how we should present our home to look appealing to the market and fully documented what changes and decorating tips would help. Karen was the only agent who gave us a market appraisal that also followed this up with connecting us with the relevant trades people we needed. It took us a year from our initial market appraisal to go to market and Karen remained in contact throughout that year, updating us on how the market was tracking and how we were progressing with our changes to the property. Karen also gave us plenty of advice on where we should buy next and how to negotiate our next purchase. Karen gave us a realistic view of the market, backed up with plenty of personal experience and market research data. Karen was very flexible over our approach to marketing the property. Karen's fee structure is uncomplicated with no extra costs for marketing. Karen followed up all viewings, giving us detailed feedback on the status of interested parties and managed subsequent negotiations professionally. Karen and Dave also managed our exchange of contracts very efficiently. Throughout the sales process Karen and Dave have worked seamlessly with our conveyancing lawyer Fiona Sephton at Lane and Lane solicitors.
