We met tim on one of the open homes in south canberra where he is selling a house. He was very approachable and always sees opportunity. We didn’t buy the house but we got their details as they what they are doing as an agent. When the time has come, that we were about to sell our place he was our only option. We had a good connection, he is not an agent he also becomes our friend. He helped us all throughout our selling journey, gives us feedback all the time even after working hours.
