He followed up on any enquiry we had and went above and beyond to sound out corporate board permission for our pets to be on the premises. We never felt like Ray was absent at any time and he proactively kept in touch as to where we were with our interest in the property. He was diligent with our offer to purchase and kept us informed while we waited for acceptance. When it came to the pre-exchange inspection, Ray was quick to action the one electrical fault we discovered and provided video proof of the work being completed. It was refreshing to see such professionalism and attention to detail from Ray. I would happily work again with Ray on any future property dealings.

Manuel helped us sell our house in Canberra. We can only describe his efforts as exceptional. In preparation for the sale, he recommended the painter, windows supplier, carpet supplier, handyman and gardener that we used to get the house ready. Every one of these suppliers provided outstanding and professional work. We live in Sydney and were unable to monitor all the work being done ourselves, so Manuel stepped up and provided the feedback on the work being performed. In our view he went above and beyond to help us get the house ready for sale, even putting the bins out when needed. Manuel’s professionalism continued when organising the marketing campaign.
