By putting my trust and most importantly taking Paul’s advice in the strategy to sell my home was the best decision I made. Paul worked collaboratively with me and provide a full schedule of events from start to finish, detailing activities and dates on the journey of selling my home. Included in the schedule was a communications strategy that keep me informed on the schedule progress, provided details on open home events (how many attendees, revisits, viewer questions, potential buyers) and the actions I needed to do. To increase the appeal and saleability of my home, Paul suggested the engagement of a stylist and some home improvements (a bit of painting, gardens and presentation). I took all of Paul’s recommendations that ultimately achieved the sell price I wanted. .. from the beginning, when talking about listing my house for sale, through inspections, updates, and then concluding the sale. The process of inspections by appointment, as required under the COVID 19 restrictions, was very well managed, vetting the groups who enquired, scheduling the inspections. And I appreciated getting a text at the end of each block of inspections, thanking me for having the place presented well. Quite early on, I recommended Manuel to my nextdoor neighbour, who was planning to sell, and I would continue to do so: both you and the sale of your property are in good hands.
