Happy with overall performance and negotiation skills, though was disappointed that I was constantly being asked to take 2 hours out of my day to attend an in office update of open houses and expressed interest when this could easily have been discussed over the phone. Also, I was displeased with the undue pressure being applied upon my solicitor to finalise procedures. Little consideration was given to my unusual work hours.

I sold my property while overseas in the UK and I could not have asked for a better outcome and agent. All my liaisons with Grahame were through emails and the promptness and detail in his email replies, considering we were in different time zones, was fantastic. His knowledge and advice were spot on, including the length of time to sell. While I was initially sceptical on the use of staging, I ended up taking Grahames advice to do this and I'm glad I did as it helped set my property apart from others in the market. The end result being the selling of my property in a quick time frame (within 4 weeks of listing).
