Manuel was very helpful throughout the process. He kept me informed and advised me of what is required as a first time new home owner which was greatly appreciated. I could tell Manuel had a lot of time for his vendors which was lovely to see as I could tell they were lovely people although I never met them. Manuel answered all my questions, calls and emails in a very quick timeframe and was adaptable with my shift workers roster which was greatly appreciated. The whole process between Manuel and his correspondence with other agencies was very smooth, it was great to not have to worry about things because they got it sorted amongst themselves. Ray and collègues were the perfect agents for my sale. They organised tradesmen to tidy up jobs that maximised the value, set a saleable price and sold the property very quickly.
