We have been very appreciative of Manuel's assistance during the process of buying our first home. At a time that can be stressful we felt well informed and guided through each step. Manuel displayed a high level of professional integrity and care.

It was our first home in Australia and Manuel helped us getting through this process smoothly. After a few bad experiences, I was glad to finally find a straight-forward agent. Very approachable and good communication, I would definitely recommend him.

.. from the beginning, when talking about listing my house for sale, through inspections, updates, and then concluding the sale. The process of inspections by appointment, as required under the COVID 19 restrictions, was very well managed, vetting the groups who enquired, scheduling the inspections. And I appreciated getting a text at the end of each block of inspections, thanking me for having the place presented well. Quite early on, I recommended Manuel to my nextdoor neighbour, who was planning to sell, and I would continue to do so: both you and the sale of your property are in good hands.

It was a great pleasure to have Manuel to help us in our property selling. Manuel's eminence was reflected in his sound and evidence-based suggestions and advice as well as his great passion and commitment to help all through the process, particularly under this difficult Covid-19 situation.

We did not have continual involvement with Ray. His role in the process (from our observation was that of a behind the scene organiser. No hick-ups were observed. The services he provided were excellent.

I bought my property from Manuel a number of years ago and he was very supportive through the process of buying my first property. I did not hesitate to contact him to ask him to help me sell my home. I have no regrets in my choice as Manuel has really taken the time to guide me through each step of the selling process. He stayed in regular contact so I knew how the sale was progressing and did everything possible to ensure that was happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to sell your home.

Ray was awesome to work with! His communication was great, which made the entire process so much easier for me as a first time seller. I would definitely use Ray in the future if I was to sell again. Highly recommend.
