I wanted to downsize from my 4 bedroom home in Campbell to an apartment. I met Manuel at the site of the Creswell Residences and signed up to buy an apartment "off the plan". In order to sell my home, I interviewed 2 agents who were highly recommended. Because of my dealing with Manuel on the apartment, I also met with him in relation to the house sale. Whilst Manuel is not as "high profile" as the other two, I decided to place the sale in his hands. I was not disappointed! He was outstanding in all aspects of the sale.
