Stress free professional process

The sales process could not have been any easier Grahame and his team were professional, helpful and kept us informed throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond what we expected and organised everything from a home stylist, tradesmen to make repairs prior to selling and even the removalist. His advise was invaluable and led to a quick sale and prompt settlement achieving the price we were seeking with no fuss. Both the exchange and settlement went extremely smoothly . He had excellent support staff taking the photos etc and helping when he was unavailable Not only did he look after us as his clients but also organised one of his staff to come round on settlement day to check everything was in order for the buyer. This whole experience was pain free, smooth and without any hiccups. It is a shame that the agent, not Independent, handling the home that we purchased does not have the same professionalism, work ethic or knowledge as we had a completely different experience with our new purchase I would recommend Grahame and his team to anyone looking at either selling or purchasing property
