Oscar Hall is an enthusiastic and dedicated member of the sales team at Independent Property Group. A recent graduate of Marist College Canberra, Oscar has been immersed in the real estate industry for the past two years, starting with valuable work experience at Independent Property Group during college. This hands-on experience has allowed Oscar to quickly transition into an administrative role, joining a team with Grahame O’Brien and Tim Ngo. Here, his focus is on preparing properties for the market and supporting the team in various essential tasks.
Known for a strong work ethic and a drive for success, Oscar thrives in an environment that demands motivation, efficiency, and attention to detail. A natural communicator, he possesses the ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike, building relationships through his friendly and charismatic demeanour. His organisational skills ensure that every property is presented in its best light, from initial preparations to market launch.
Before transitioning into real estate, Oscar spent over a year and a half working at the Cooleman Court Pharmacy, where he enhanced his exceptional customer service skills and developed a deep sense of care and empathy when assisting patients with a wide range of needs.
Outside of work, Oscar is an active member of the Kambah Eagles Baseball Club. Whether playing, umpiring, or coaching, Oscar has been involved in the club for several years and was recently recognised with an award for his contributions to the community. This experience reflects Oscar's commitment to teamwork and community spirit, qualities he brings to his real estate career.
Oscar has also been awarded two awards for his first full quarter in real estate. The first, IPG's "Team Player" award, voted for by staff for an agent who demonstrates the attributes of a team player. The second, IPG's "Quarterly Performance Award - Sales" is awarded to an agent who shows a great work ethic and passion in their work.
