Nicholas helped me sell my property after a bad experience with another agent. He was understanding of my situation and gave me realistic expectations and was able to adjust a sale plan to suit. Nicholas went above and beyond when when negotiating with the buyer and communicated extremely well throughout. Thanks Nick!

Nicholas priced our unit just right for the market and then proceeded to coordinate our purchase of another unit just perfectly. Well done, Nicholas. You have looked after us very well.

This is the second time we have used Nick to sell our property. His professionalism, personable approach, sound judgement and deep knowledge of the market ensured each time we had a quick sale with multiple competitive offers. Both 10 out of 10 experiences using Nick. There is no doubt we will be using Nick again, as he is genuinely committed and works his hardest to get the best outcome for his clients.

We met Nicholas at an open home, he was very nice and professional. We ended up wanting to view the house again, which he was more than happy to accommodate for us. We ended up buying this house, during the negotiation process he was very understanding, willing to go above and beyond to help us but also with respect to the seller, in our opinion this is a very good quality to have. We would deal and recommend Nicholas to anyone looking to either sell or buy a property
