I have recently bought a home (my first), through Holly Smith at Independent Property Group South. Holly has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only was she communicative, patient, knowledgeable and keen to help (all fantastic qualities from a buyer's perspective), but I also really got the feeling that Holly was trying to get a good deal which both parties were happy with. I'm unsure exactly what gave me this impression from observing her style, but I really ended up feeling like she was working for both the sellers and me, the buyer. That's very rare, to feel like the agent is trying to help both parties, but I really felt like Holly had my back - and this must have come from her honest approach which I really appreciated and respected. As a buyer on this occasion, when the time comes, I would absolutely seek out Holly to sell my home on my behalf, and I know she will be informative, encouraging and patient with those new buyers when/if the time comes too. I am really happy with both the outcome, and the experience of working with Holly and would thoroughly recommend her to prospective sellers in particular.
