Did the best that could be done bearing in mind interest rates, government policies. And of course that I had not painted or recarpeted where it was necessary due to age and circumstances. And of course the market had changed over last 6 months adversely for sellers. But the team continued to do what had to be done and did the job. The house had charm but would need to be remodelled to meet 2020 types. It was unique and had to find buyers who could see the potential.

Jonathon had previously sold my mother's home some 10 years ago. I recently asked him to sell my own personal residence given my experience with the previous sale. Once I listed the property with Jonathon, he took control of the process. Pest and Building Inspections were arranged, styling agent selected and booked, and market package agreed. The real value in selecting Jonathon was his ability to build relationships with prospective buyers. He is able to build trust and gain confidence. His openness with them and myself, as the Vendor, meant that there were no surprises, everything was on the table. For me, I felt I was always in control of my home being sold as all decisions were discussed. Jonathon will follow the process, knowing that by doing this he will ensure the best value is obtained for your property in the current market. We can’t fault anything Andrew did for us. He sourced the tradesmen we required immediately, kept in touch all the time and sold our property for the price we wanted very quickly.
