He is the best real estate person who I have ever met. All real estate workers I have ever met other than this gentleman are liars who say one thing and do totally something different. Andrew is definitely a different person who is good to work with. Also he is so good with what he does as a salesman. I remember when I bought this place with him. As a person he is very friendly. His approach was not just to sell the house but for him and his team to assist in any way possible with the contents and work required to prepare the house to go to market. He developed and implemented a sale strategy that resulted in an outcome that was above expectations. He was able to pivot based on all the information he and his team collected from prospective buyers. He communicated with the family throughout the process and continues to do so to help in finalising the sale and readying the property to pass to the new owner.
