We had prepared our home to make it shine, & planned for the timing to bring the house to the market when it looked its best. The last step was to engage with the right real estate agent, for us. We had previously had some interaction with Jacob Stanton & knew that he would be the right person to market our home. When Jacob met us at our home, we felt very comfortable with his polite & personable manner. He was generous with his time, & was able to give us a good insight into the local real estate market. Before he left that evening, Jacob had conveyed a sense of energy & enthusiasm for the sale of our home. He had offered us some great marketing stategies, & we felt very confident that his campaign would achieve a successful sale. Leading up to the marketing campaign, Jacob assisted us with introductions & contacts for people who helped us present our house at its best. Jacob & his team were also really well organised, communicating before & after the open homes, & providing detailed feedback on all the people who had inspected our home. Not only were the coffee van & musician really well received, but the auction outcome was outstanding, with the house selling under the hammer.
