From the initial call, Obi was outstanding in all aspects with his professionalism and strategy. He listened, provided insights, feedback and guidance on how to prepare our property for sale. During the campaign he kept me in regular contact on openings and offers, with no pushy tactics, he advised on the price point and why. The outcome was a fantastic result and to the price we wanted. 5 stars as I can't fault the service. If you want your property sold, Obi should be your only choice.

All was good until the final stage when House was meant to be clear. Junk left under House- 2 old lawn mowers, old Tv, chair etc etc despite raising this at last inspection and believing it would be cleared out😢

Jason was very helpful, professionally communicated between the seller and us throughout the process. We felt free to ask Jason any questions. Jason supported the sale quickly and with ease.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jason to sell our home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the beginning, Jason's open and honest approach impressed us. He was transparent about every step of the process, which we greatly appreciated. What truly sets Jason apart is his exceptional service. He went above and beyond to help us reach our target sale price, which was incredibly important to us. His professionalism and dedication were evident in every interaction we had with him. We wholeheartedly recommend Jason to anyone who is looking to sell their home. His expertise and commitment to his clients are unmatched. Trusting him with the sale of our home was one of the best decisions we made, and we are grateful for the positive outcome he helped us achieve.

Jacob's attitude is such that nothing was too hard. He willingly assisted us with his professional contacts to get our home ready for market. His knowledge of our specific suburb ended up being spot on when it came to our sale price. His communications with us were excellent and timely in every step of the process from the lead up to the sales campaign, the campaign itself, and the eventual sale. We really can't speak highly enough of him. It was an absolute pleasure having him handle what was a major event in our lives. Thank you Jacob.

Being one interstate and one inexperienced buyers, Ben helped us with local knowledge and explained each step of the way during our first unit purchase in CBR. Ben was pro-active in connecting us with tradespeople and local services. I highly recommend Ben and his team for all of your property needs in ACT. I would purchase again through Ben Wilson.

I have known Jason for many years and after getting appraisals from three separate agencies I chose Jason. He was very helpful and gave me very good advice leading into the listing of the property for sale. He has a very good understanding of the Queanbeyan Real Estate Market. His prediction of the value of the property was very accurate and the property sold by negotiation 5 days after the first open house. I am very happy with the result.
