On our current journey to find a house for us, we came across different R.E Agents in Canberra. Often they would not followup with you or provide any info on upcoming sales (the most you would get is a spamworthy emails). However, Jacob is the exception, he sets a benchmark of professionalism and follows-up with the requests made and gets back to you with an honest reply and I guess that is what builds a trust and respect. Jeremy Grobben, was so helpful, professional and gave us excellent advice and service in the sale of our townhouse. He was not "in your face", but there when needed, explained everything so there was no hidden surprises. Advised us on what needed to be done to the property to sell at a maximum price with small outlay, painting, carpet etc. He offered a payment plan for these renovations, payable on settlement with a small interest fee. This was extremely helpful. Jeremy is polite and professional, I would certainly employ him again and recommend him highly.

From first meeting Ben I knew I would be in safe hands. Ben is personable, funny and was easy to annoy with all the random questions I had. Listening to Ben talk about the market, improvements to my home and the advertising campaign made me feel safe in his approach and vision. A highlight was watching him guide the photography shoot so my apartment looked amazing! Ben understood my motives for selling and put me at ease through the whole process. He found a buyer quickly and the settlement process was amazing all while getting me the appropriate sale figure. Cannot recommend Ben enough.

I like to thank Lauren and the team for their assistance in selling my property, while I reside abroad. For Lauren, she offered me plenty of advice on the renovation and styling of the property. She oversaw all the renovations on my behalf, kept the timeline till going live, etc. and was in constant communication with me, putting my mind at ease. She did a great job on the styling and had my property looking fresh and fabulous. Despite my absence, I am amazed by Lauren’s ability to pull it off and with great result too. Property collective was managing my rental property in canberra which they did really well . Than recently i have decided to sell the property. So Sean Hegan was looking after that. He was quite good and responsive. I required to sell this on urgent basis so i been to meet sean too and in person he quite nice.
