Jason was a wealth of knowledge and support from the first open house, right though to exchange and beyond. I was a manic wreck at various points but Jason just told me that it was all going to be okay and it was. Jason is an great collaborator - between he and our agent, they both managed to make a smooth exchange happen in a really wonderful way. I greatly appreciated the simple explanation of the totally foreign language our lawyers were talking and having the ability to communicate outside of regular business hours (including 7:30am Saturday morning requests from this mum who’d been awake since dawn and forgets what day and time it is!) Despite a falling property market and monthly increases in mortgage rates by the RBA/Banks, Jason backed his own judgement on the property's true value. Buyers clearly had the jitters: we had no offers before auction and we withdrew from the auction with no bidders registered. However, Jason never wavered in his drive and enthusiasm to sell the property and within a fortnight we had a buyer at the price we wanted - the price he had nominated right back at the start of the selling process.
