Lauren made us feel really comfortable throughout our purchase. Overall it was a great experience as a first home buyer having an agent so kind and personable helping us out. Sean and his team have been incredible to deal with. We weren’t even seriously looking for a house to buy, but when we inspected one that Sean was the agent for and fell in love, he was able to link us in with all the necessary people in record time - a mortgage broker, a lawyer, and even a tradesperson. Within a couple of days, Sean had our house on the market and then sold. It sounds stressful, but it was seamless. Jacob was always available to chat or meet to help with any advice or information I required. He worked in with my schedule and was very accommodating of the fact that I had to travel from Wollongong, where I live, when organising a property inspection. He even organised to meet me at the property I purchased for another look on a Sunday, at short notice, after I rang him that morning. He knew exactly what I was looking for in a property, from previous conversations and properties he had shown me through. He was quick to contact me, when the apartment I purchased became available. His knowledge of the market and experience, helped me to make the right choice as a buyer. After the property settled, he was there to offer assistance with organising carpet cleaning and extra keys through the body corporate, or anything else I needed help with.
