Right through the process of the first open home through to the auction and after, Jacob was very attentive to our queries and needs regarding the property. He kept a consistent two-way dialogue throughout the sales campaign with us and was always on hand to answer any questions and help address anything that came up that may have been an issue at our end. Was very proactive in working with the seller to come to an arrangement that was beneficial to both parties. Jacob worked hard during the campaign so we didn't have to, and we were greatly appreciative of his efforts and keeping us up to date as things progressed.
