Obi went above and beyond what was expected in selling my house. As part of getting it to market he suggested work, arranged quotes and coordinated the work to set my place apart. I'm really impressed with the work done and the quality of photos/video produced for the listing, confirmed by us only needing three days on the market to make the sale. Lauren helped us recently sell our property. We were impressed with Lauren from the first day she stepped into our house right through to the auction and post auction support. Lauren helped manage preparing our house for sale including painting, cleaning and styling. We had a very tight schedule to meet due to a big move interstate at the same time. No ask of Lauren was too hard, and she was always full of energy and advice. She really made our house stand out! She worked hard on the auction day to work with all the bidders.
