Great service from Jessica and Jamie at One Agency. They advised us on a sales strategy which was innovative but unusual so we were a bit unsure at first, but we trusted them and what a great price they got. We were thrilled. There was also a settlement delay (caused by our finance) and they kept our buyer updated throughout. Highly recommend.

Brendon has an especially high level of understanding of stakeholder interests that translates to maximum value for both the buyer and the seller. Recommended improvements to the property were very realistic and reasonable. Everything happened quickly and efficiently from the word go. Signing a sales agreement with Brendon, contractor works commencing/completing, and finally having the property listing go "live", barely took a month. From there, the property was "under-offer" within a day. Huge thanks to Brendon, Nicole and the rest of the team at InHabit.
