I Have No Regrets In Putting My Trust in Joel Chianese To Get Me A Great Result

I had been wanting to sell my apartment for several months but can't put up with the usual barrage of calls from estate agents, so the first time that I bumped into Joel, he was walking out of the lift and I was walking in of our apartment lifts where we both lived and a quick chat revealed he is an estate agent. So I agreed to exchange numbers and in the following week we met up in my apartment to discuss the selling process. By the time we finished talking, he said he would let me think it over but I said I'm ready to sign the contract. A couple of weeks later, Joel had commenced his marketing campaign and I flew back to Sydney and left Joel in charge of selling my apartment. He made some changes such as decorating the apartment to which I agreed to and always kept me in the loop. About two weeks after the campaign started, the apartment was sold and I was very happy with the outcome. Joel is a Godsend! All throughout the process, I had no hesitation in putting my trust in Joel. He has a fantastic personality and enthusiasm which stood out. He is one of the nicest person you will meet. I had no idea he was a soccer player with Perth Redstar previously. One great thing I like about Joel's agency Inhabit Property is that their commission is not fixed like other agencies, whereas Inhabit's selling fee is based on a range of 1.8% to 2.8% based on the client's satisfaction of the service provided. So at the end of the day, it is the client that sets the selling fee/commission based of the effort and hard work provided by the agents. I asked Joel what if every client only pays the bare minimum commission, he responded that he is happy and grateful for whatever they decide to pay in the range provided.
