How to achieve a great result

Felice had managed the property - one of many in the complex - for about 17 years prior to me putting it up for sale. The strength of the relationship that we'd built up over that time allowed me to place significant trust in his advice and approach. He ran a very professional campaign and was able to secure a great result in no time at all. Definitely a case of "exceeding expectations"!

Culdn't be better

Generally, I'm not great with real-estate agents - I can't cope with the "selling mode" and I instantly put up a thick barrier. Therefore, I was positively surprised to find Felice being "a normal bloke", with whom you can have an honest lough and you don't feel bluffed or pressured. On top of that, nothing is too hard for Felice, any questions are quickly responded to and requests are acted upon immediately - all the way through to the settlement. I am very happy to have found a property I fell in love with through an agent I felt super comfortable with. Thank you :)

Easy Breezy

Felice was an amazing agent to work with, easily contactable, a mixture of SMS and phone contact if it was urgent, when we needed access to the property for certain things Felice was always able to make it work, when we were direct at times and looking to get things done with haste Felice was there with us ready to match our pace. Knew the answers to 99% of questions including those you wouldn't normally get from an agent. Thank you again Felice for making this first purchase an absolute Breeze!
