We lived in our last property for 4 years with lovely neighbours, close to school & daycare, and had just hung our last paintings which made it feel like home, until... our previous landlord proposed an EXTRA $230/wk rent and refused to negotiate. When I called Lynette and explained our circumstances she was very understanding and shared how she helps owners consider the impact of rental increases from a long-term tenant perspective. During our conversation, Lynette told me about the property's charm with the pool and yard backing onto the nature strip, plus she truthfully advised of the wear and tear throughout the vintage property. The open house was very busy with other applicants and we are grateful to have been chosen. Lynette has a great relationship with the Owner who offered us a 15 month lease at an affordable rental rate and has permitted me to run painting therapy groups from home. The entire administration process with Innov8 was quick & easy, from submitting our documents with automated emailed instructions, signing agreements in their program, to bond payment instructions. Our new Property Manager, Kelly, is very competent and available anytime we have questions. We have been contacted by both Kelly and Lynette since moving in just to check-in to see how we are going with the move. We have been incredibly satisfied and supported during this entire stressful event, and recommend Innov8 for Owners and Tenants. We are moving forward with a beautiful pool and lots of play space.
