We sold hour house through the Michael Spillane team. Overall we have nothing but praise for the team, and the process went very smooth. Tina did an amazing job in bringing out the highlights of our house by making small changes and adding little decorations - who knew what a difference a throw can make! They were able to target the right buyers and managed the open houses and everything else that comes with that for us, while always keeping us in the loop. For example, after every open house we got an immediate phone call with a summary of the potential buyers that had visited and their interest. Once we found a buyer Tina managed the rest of the process and she wasn’t afraid to push back on buyers demands where needed. Overall a successful experience and if I sell a house again I wouldn’t hesitate to work with the Spillane team!
