Our experience with Michael and the team has been fantastic. The commitment shown throught the 8 month campaign never wavered even when we were a bit despondant. The sales team showed up fully committed every week at every open home and costantly kept us across all of the buyers insights and comments. We tried a period of "for sale by owner" before handing over to Michael and we soon learnt why you need a good team on your side. You cannot get better than Michael and his team. He dedicated himself to the process of selling our home and getting us an excellent price. He provided constant updates and returned every call! His industry knowledge surpassed all expectations. I have worked with other agents over the years and have never met a more passionate person than Michael, he loves what he does and it showed in his determination to get us the best price. He dealt with all the issues that arose and remained adamant in what our house was worth. We would never be able to thank him enough for holding our hand and guiding us through the process, and at a great percentage rate as well, no hidden costs and no surprises at the end! I must also give our agent Christine a shout out, she was a saint and kept us sane and grounded through the negotiations, she never failed to return a call, share her knowledge, provide understanding and walk by our side throughout. She is a great asset to the team, her kindness and willingness to provide a listening ear is something I am extremely grateful for. The support did not end when the papers were signed either, the regular phone calls continued, questions answered and then a beautiful gift basket and the end. I honestly cannot think of o e negative aspect to my experience with the Michael Spillane team. They appreciated the work we had put into our home, was honest in their appraisal, was spot on with the valuation and sold our home within sixty days, which was astonishing considering the strong, local competition that was present at the time. Michael and the team from Innov8 were absolutely amazing! I expected to put my house on the market a few months after meeting Michael and instead, it didn't happen until a year later. During this time, Michael was respectful and incredibly patient, never once forcing me to hurry up. He was in regular contact giving me market updates and reviewed appraisals along the way, but I never felt pushed. Out of a group of four agencies I had out to the house, he felt the most genuine, down to Earth and honest. He never promised more than he could deliver. I knew I would be more than happy to buy a home off him, so figured potential buyers would feel this ease too. Unfortunately for the other agents, I had met Michael first and his professional conduct and the extensive background work he had done prior to the initial meeting, was unmatched by others. Much to my delight, my instincts were spot on! After the first open home, Michael called me the following day and spoke me through four offers after a fantastic campaign and by Monday morning, the contract was signed after he had negotiated the highest price for me. This price far exceeded what I thought I would get. As a newly single parent, this meant I was able to then buy a new property and settle my son and myself into a new beautiful home. I will never be able to thank Michael and his team enough. I made it clear to him from the start I needed the highest price possible (as the money would be split) and Michael not only delivered, but excelled in every way! Michael and his team were very professional throughout the whole selling process from start to finish. It took longer than we expected to sell our property, but Michael was always positive and encouraging with our weekly reports and phone calls. We would like to give a special mention to Christine, who went above and beyond when our buyers wanted a reduction in the sale price after their Building and Pest inspection. We felt that a reduction was not warranted and thankfully Christine did too. She followed through with Michael's help and we did not have to make a reduction in the sale price due to Christine's professional support. We believe that they went the extra mile for us and would definitely recommend Michael and his team.
