Many thanks Ben
Ben was friendly, always available, willing to listen and very happy to check-in with me to let me know where things were at and to work with me. I did not feel that he was exerting undue pressure and that he was very willing to adapt according to our wishes. He explained carefully what I needed to know and answered any questions that I had along the way. My only regret is that I have not had the chance to meet Ben in person as I live at a distance. I look forward to doing so. Given that we did not meet at the time I had the best possible experience in relating to Ben via phone and email.

One of the best agents
Ben made himself aware of what we were looking for and then suggested the perfect house for us. Which we bought. He negotiated a price that we could afford with settlement to coincide with the house we sold. We found him dependable, honest and trustworthy. We would recommend him very highly.

Ben was by far the best agent we have had
We have sold 3 properties in the last 30 yrs. Ben Roberts was the most attentive, efficient, knowledgeable and communicative of all the other agents we have employed. He was better than the other 3 agents put together. He was always prompt and reliable. He made us feel like his only customers, which of course we were not.

I sought out Kelly as my agent as I had dealt with her before as a buyer and had such a good vibe from her. She was open, honest and was a person that oozed professionalism and trustworthoness. She surpassed our expectations this time as a seller and so did her staff.

Awesome agent and nice bloke!
