Leo’s approach to meeting owners, understanding their needs and putting together a marketing package is excellent. The built in continuous improvement to the approach ensures that your property doesn’t stagnate. Leo was very committed to ensuring potential purchasers got to see the whole property, often staying much longer with them rather than sticking to a rushed 30 minute window. He achieved a huge amount of interest through social media advertisement and also through the usual real estate sites. He even set up our own web site for the house!
