Straight forward and easy to deal with

After unsuccessfully trying to sell with two other agents, Richard achieved a fast sale and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. His communication was honest, professional, and consistent from start to finish, and he clearly understood how to position the property to attract serious buyers. What stood out most was his practical advice, strong market knowledge, and ability to get results where others couldn’t. I only wish I’d gone with Richard from the beginning. Professional & Straight Forward

Richard met my expectations—successfully selling both properties within a month and achieving the price I was aiming for, despite knowing I wasn’t in a rush to sell.
