CAN'T BE TRUSTED Gus used the keys & fob without authorisation and not only entered our apartment without authorisation (knowing that we were away on holidays) but also the mailroom to put his brochures (marketing his company) stating that my apartment was sold 3 weeks before settlement. He put brochures on all my neighbours mailboxes, which in my opinion in a breach of confidentiality as they did not need to know that was intending to sell my apartment and he broke into a property as he was not authorised to use my keys to enter the mailroom. I am outraged by his behaviour and would not recommend this real estate agent to anyone. CANT BE TRUSTED

Gus offers a very thorough , professional and pleasant experience as a real estate agent. Firstly he was extremely helpful in getting my apartment into a condition whereby it could be marketed by dealing well with the existing tenant , arranging or helping with various maintenance works and dealing with the letting agent where necessary. In the marketing and sales process he was excellent, we agreed a campaign including pricing strategy that was very effective. His contacts in quickly bringing many potential buyers to view the property was very pleasing. We had at least 3 genuine buyers and he handled them very fairly and effectively from my viewpoint to extract the maximum price. I would highly recommend Gus and his business IProperty.
