My first contact with Harry Li was at the Isell office in Springvale. The unpretentious office assured me that the Isell team work hard for their clients. Appointing Harry Li as the estate agent was similar to appointing a wedding planner to take care of every detail for that Big Day. All the stress was taken away by Harry Li and the Isell team. After every open for inspection Harry Li provided honest feedback which was both negative and positive. The negatives convinced my husband to cancel the auction but Harry Li was always positive and assured me that he would work harder to sell the property to a buyer who would appreciate the positives and my sole task was to get my husband to the auction. My only regret was that I was too nervous to witness the main event and missed out on being part of the ultimate dream auction which was over in an instant. The Isell Team work like cogs in a wheel which run once you start the engine by appointing them. They deal with all the challenges as if they never occurred.
