Sale of our Apartment in Marrickville

Tony took time to update us on the state of the real estate market and advising us the best possible outcome we could achieve during the sale of our apartment by comparing all recent sales of similar and fully renovated ones. We decided not to renovate the apartment as the extra investment needed may not have had better result in the final selling price. Thanks to Tony's expertise and knowledge in real estate sales, we achieved a good result. We can recommend him very highly.
