Honesty and Integrity
Tony and his team are the good guys of real estate. Not only do they have greater insight and knowledge of our local market than any others in the industry, they have great integrity. Throughout our campaign, Tony kept us informed about the progress and many times went above and beyond to secure a great price for our home. Selling a home is a difficult time, but Tony ensured that the process went as smoothly as possible. I'd highly recommend Tony and his team to anyone.

Sell it well.
I found Tony and Angela Iskandar to be delightful agents. They do, what they say they will, when they say the will. Clearly they know the local market ,and are happy to negotiate. They came as a recommendation from a friend , and I would have No hesitation in recommending them , they helped achive more than the reserve , you can only sell it once, so why not sell it well.

Sale fo 382 Victoria Road Marrickville.
I was very pleased with the sensitivity shown by Tony's team all through the process of arranging the sale of my property. The information I received was accurate and various steps in the process happened at the time and in the manner that I had been told to expect. On auction day I was not present but the telephone hook up was checked before hand and worked perfectly. The process of setting the reserve and the expectations of the result were handled professionally.
