After doing our research on agents, we decided on Richard and Jones due to their consistent sales and price records, professionalism, marketing and knowledge of the area and incoming infrastructure. We then met and were very impressed with Megan after seeing her in action at an open home while researching comparable sale prices before listing our home. She was the only agent we met that was professional, with quality marketing material and who followed us up ‘potential buyers’ with a phone call asking for our feedback. During our own open homes, Megan was welcoming, warm and professional. She did a lovely job on our open homes and communicated the outcome either straight away or same day. We were never left wondering or having to follow up. Richard is beyond patient and approachable. Overcoming many obstacles during the sales process. In addition we had a tricker than normal sale as it was during a time we were preparing to move overseas and settling while abroad. We had every confidence to continue selling while abroad if required as both Richard & Megan’s professionalism, level of communication and responsiveness is exceptional. Both Richard and Megan went above and beyond to help facilitate the sale, even helping to facilitate selling some of our furniture. We are very thankful to both Megan and Richard for all their work and achieving a sale before we left. Highly recommend to anyone considering selling or buying!
