This is the second time we've trusted Mark to act as our agent and we will go back for a third time. Mark was super helpful and his advice always sensible, informed and clear. The market was going through some upheaval at the time but I'm highly confident Mark managed to get the best possible price for us (quite a bit more than we expected). There was some complexity to the sale, as well as some sensitive personal issues affecting parties to the sale and Mark handled it all with empathy yet effectively. Mark always kept us and the buyer updated during the long settlement, as well as assisting in various secondary negotiations (unrelated to the sale itself) along the way. Very highly recommended.
