He negotiated fairly for us and the vendors and was honest in his approach. We didn't hear much after the offer was accepted though and that was the only disappointing thing. As we were new to buying an already built home (had previously built ourselves) we did expect some communication from the real estate to ensure things were going smoothly. So it did feel a bit like once we were going through with the purchase we no longer were as important as we may have felt prior to the decision.
