Ernest had been extremely proactive during the whole sales process. He exhibited lots of initiative in looking out for buyers. He is also very resourceful in coming up with creative ideas on how to sell the house and when is the best time to conduct auction. He had also called for a number of group meetings over zoom, so that he can hear us out and gather opinion from people in the group. He made it a point to understand our needs.
