Most profesional

We are very grateful to James Bradford and Tim Hollis who successfully sold our property at 1211 Babbinboon Rd Somerton . Advertising was done Online and was presented exceptionally well resulting in seven inspections in the first week with a successful offer and deposit paid within two weeks. James and Tim were most supportive and encouraging throughout the whole sale process. Their negotiating skills resulted in a most satisfactory and amicable outcome for both us as the vendors and for the purchasers.
