James really went the extra mile to assist us buying our first home. It's scary process but the support from him was way better than I expected. He's not the usual real estate agent with a shark mentality. Right from the day we walked through the door in the open inspection day to turning the key, James didn't hover over us constantly trying to sell us. My wife and I were able to closely look around the building in our own time. Every step we were guided through, I was never rushed or pressured into making a choice - everything was explained in words that anyone could understand. After sales communication is also present, he's always been just a text or call away, so we've always felt looked after and important.
