Such A Great Experience

Simply the best!
If you are looking for honesty, integrity and extremely hard working then you need to call James&Co Real Estate to sell your home. I wish I went with them first, however I had to learn the hard way. My first agent failed to generate one offer even before the interest rate rises. James and Lauren (Father & daughter) generated 2 written offers despite 6 interest rate rises. This should speak for itself!! Due to some unfortunate personal circumstances James and Lauren even assisted with maintaining the gardens and kept the grass cut to ensure we presented the house in the best state. If you are looking for an agent that truly cares checkout this wonderful family run business. They live local and know their stuff!
