Positive experience!
We got our first home with the help of Gimmy. Gimmy was the seller’s agent and dealing with him was a breeze. He was approachable, easy to deal with and was able to attend to all the questions we have about the property. He also always offered assistance whenever he can. Overall, we had a very positive buying experience with his help. Would love to engage with him again when we eventually decide to sell our property or buy another one.

Oh Gimmy…the man who can close deals even when the market is at its worst. Your knowledge of the local market and your ability to showcase my property in its best light were truly impressive. Thanks to your hard work, my property was sold quickly and for a great price. Gimmy went above and beyond with excellent communication throughout the purchasing process
Gimmy was always friendly and very communicative through the entire process of purchasing my new home through the auction campaign and went above and beyond to fulfil requests such as an extra adhoc inspection prior to the auction (to see if my car fit in the garage); he also accommodated an extra visit in addition to the pre settlement inspection upon my request so that I could take measurements for my furniture. Gimmy is always very quick to reply to messages at any time of the week, follows up and is thorough with his answers. I highly recommend him as an agent.

Excellent agent
Gimmy and Jane are so easy to communicate with. We have a few properties with them for renting as well. They always consider our personal situation during the process and keep us updated regularly.
